Refund policy

Knotty Pets reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. Knotty Pets will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be canceled or withdrawn, but if the cancellation has been approved internally, a 20% cancellation fee will be applied. Any products that require assembly or is a specialty product are final sale and not eligible for return once shipped and/or parts are installed.

SALE ITEMS, DISCOUNTS, AND PROMOTIONS:

All Sale Items and/or items purchased using promotional codes are FINAL SALE. They are non-returnable and non-refundable unless otherwise noted on the terms of the promotion. Price adjustments cannot be made on previous orders. Discounts and promotions are not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside of the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion.Any products that require assembly or is a specialty product are final sale and not eligible for return once shipped and/or parts are installed.

RETURNS:

Knotty Pets will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales receipt within 30 days from date of delivery. Any product with modifications or with a custom monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or canceled for any reason. Gift cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.
