All shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All orders are shipped with delivery confirmation, insurance, and/or tracking. Once an order ships from KNOTTY® Inc., we no longer are responsible for the status of the package, rather it is the carrier’s liability for tracking and delivery time.

To TRACK your package, please log-in to your account or reference the Shipping Confirmation e-mail that was sent to the e-mail address you provided. If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact email@example.com to request a "Status Check" in order to locate your package.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: The customer is responsible for any additional duties and taxes that may apply based on the country's laws and regulations. First Class International mail does not include tracking or insurance, so in the event that the package is lost or stolen, we cannot guarantee there will be any compensation or replacement product available.
CUSTOM ORDERS: The sale of any KNOTTY® Inc. Custom Shop and/or Bespoke product(s), along with any product with modifications or a personalized initial monogram are non-returnable, non-refundable, or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason.
KNOTTY® Inc. will remain the sole owner of all rights in and to the product(s) including but not limited to drawings, designs, prototypes, chalkboard sketches, and final products created. In the event that any Intellectual Property is created, KNOTTY® Inc will be deemed the sole author and shall be entitled to the all copyright therein.
Our goal is to make every customer a customer for life; we will do what it takes to achieve that goal. We guarantee the quality, workmanship, and life of every product at the discretion of KNOTTY® Inc.
KNOTTY® Inc. will accept merchandise in its original un-used condition for a refund/exchange when accompanied by the original sales slip within 30 days from date of delivery. Any product with custom engraving are non-returnable or non-exchangeable and the order cannot be withdrawn or cancelled for any reason. All refunds will be applied to the original form of payment, excluding shipping costs, within 5-7 business days from the date of return.
KNOTTY® Inc. reserves the right to refuse returned products that have been used, worn, or altered in any way. All packages for return/repair must be fully insured. KNOTTY® Inc. will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. Bulk orders cannot be cancelled and will be charged a 20% cancellation fee.
SALE ITEMS: All sale items are FINAL SALE (non-returnable) unless otherwise noted on the terms of the promotion. Discount is not valid on previous purchases, purchases made outside of the promotion period, or on any custom or bespoke orders. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless otherwise stated in the terms of the promotion. For international orders, addtional taxes and duties may apply.
RETURNS: You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your original sales receipt in the box and note that this is a “return.” Mail to the address below.
EXCHANGE: You are responsible for the shipping cost of the return and the cost to ship the new item. Please make sure the product is in its original un-used condition before shipping it back, include your order number in the box and note that this is a “exchange.” Mail to the address below.
REPAIRS: Repairs happen on a case by case basis. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure the product is repairable prior to sending it to us. Each repair is different and repair fees will be discussed and agreed upon prior to start of repair. Please send the product to the address below, including your name, phone number, email address, return address, and what needs to be repaired.
DEFECTIVE: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact email@example.com within 5 business days of date of delivery in order to request a replacement item. KNOTTY® Inc. will undergo the necessary steps in order to deem the item defective or if in fact it is the natural wear and tear of the product.
